Luciana Tagliaferri, AIA LEED AP BD+C

Luciana Tagliaferri established Tagliaferri Architects, Inc. in 2014, creating a practice rooted in collaboration, sustainability, creativity, and efficiency. Her diverse portfolio encompasses offices, residential projects, art galleries, retail spaces, academic institutions, healthcare facilities, and research projects.A 2002 graduate of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Luciana holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Architecture. Since moving to California in 2003, she has become a licensed architect in the state. During her academic years, she interned with notable Argentine firms including Baudizzone Lestard Varas, Grupo Tres, and Miranda Arquitectos, gaining valuable experience through various competitions.Luciana spent several summers studying at UCLA, which influenced her decision to relocate to the United States post-graduation. She began her professional journey at Richard Gemigniani's Templum Architects, specializing in residential and commercial architecture design and permitting. In 2005, she joined Studio Pali Fekete Architects (SPF), where she focused on contemporary architecture, working on high-end single-family residences, multi-family housing, mixed-use, and educational projects with a keen attention to design and detail. In 2008, Luciana moved to CO Architects to tackle larger, more complex projects. Notably, she contributed to the 600,000 GSF Health Science Educational Building (HSEB) at the University of Arizona Biomedical Campus and served as Project Architect for the 68,000 GSF Specialty Medical Office Building (SSMOB) at Kaiser Panorama City Medical Center, CA. Additionally, she managed and designed various interior remodel projects for existing medical office buildings on the same campus. As a LEED B+DC accredited professional, Luciana has a profound commitment to sustainable design, leading efforts to achieve LEED certification for numerous institutional, office, and educational buildings. Her dedication to environmental responsibility and design excellence continues to drive the success and innovation of Tagliaferri Architects.

David Grant, RA

David Alan Grant is an accomplished architect dedicated to realizing clients' building objectives through responsible and environmentally conscious design. With a belief that good design fosters healthy environments and should be accessible to all, regardless of social or economic status, David ensures every project is executed without compromising schedule or budget.David's extensive background includes over a decade at CO Architects, where he led design teams on institutional projects such as healthcare, medical education, and civic buildings. He also spent more than five years at the internationally acclaimed Morphosis Architects, contributing to award-winning projects like Diamond Ranch High School, Sun Tower, and Hypo Alpe Adria Bank. For over ten years, David has also managed his own studio, focusing on residential and light commercial projects.As a licensed architect, David possesses extensive expertise in building systems, materials and methods, sustainable design, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). He holds a BA in Architecture from Woodbury University.David's innovative approach and commitment to excellence drive his success, ensuring every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations while adhering to sustainable practices.
